Path Bhaban (operated by Pathbhaban Charitable Trust, Reg. IV-170400025/2825, West Bengal) provides this website for informational purposes. By accessing and using this website, or by enrolling a student at our school, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not: (a) reproduce or distribute any content without written permission; (b) use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site; (d) transmit harmful, offensive or misleading content through our forms. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.
Admission to Path Bhaban is subject to: (a) availability of seats in the applied class; (b) fulfillment of eligibility criteria; (c) submission of all required documents; (d) satisfactory performance in the admission assessment (where applicable); (e) payment of the prescribed admission fee. The school reserves the right to cancel an admission if information provided is found to be false or misleading.
Monthly fees must be paid by the 10th of each month. A late fee of βΉ100 applies after the 15th. The one-time admission fee is non-refundable. Monthly fees paid in advance may be refunded pro-rata (after deducting processing charges) if withdrawal is formally requested in writing with one month's notice. No refund will be given for fees outstanding at time of withdrawal.
All students are expected to: maintain minimum 75% attendance; wear the prescribed uniform daily; show respect to teachers, staff and fellow students; not carry mobile phones on school premises; not engage in any form of bullying, ragging or harassment; maintain cleanliness of school property; follow instructions from school authorities at all times. Violations of the code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension or expulsion.
Hostel residents must: follow the hostel schedule (study hours 7β9 PM, lights off 10 PM); not leave the hostel without prior warden permission; not possess or consume tobacco, alcohol or any intoxicants; report any illness to the warden immediately; maintain their assigned room in a clean and orderly manner. Parents may visit only during designated visiting hours (Sundays, 10 AMβ4 PM).
Students must: attempt all unit tests, half-yearly and annual examinations; submit assignments and projects on time; complete board examination registration within prescribed deadlines; bring required stationery and books to school daily. Absence during examinations requires a valid medical certificate. Cheating or malpractice during examinations will result in cancellation of the paper and disciplinary action.
The school maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, ragging, vandalism, use of abusive language and any form of violence. Disciplinary actions range from verbal warnings and written reprimands to suspension and expulsion, depending on the severity of the misconduct. Parents/guardians will be notified of any serious disciplinary issues. The Principal's decision on disciplinary matters is final.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dakshin Dinajpur district, West Bengal.
Path Bhaban reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or continued enrollment following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
